Upon arrival into the Orlando International Airport, please proceed to the baggage claim area of your respective flight (even if you did not check luggage).
Once on the Baggage Claim level, look for either a Hello! Florida greeter, wearing a purple polo shirt with a “Chubb” sign or a driver holding a name sign. Please identify yourself to the Hello! Florida staff or driver. Should your flight information change or, in the unlikely event that you cannot find the greeter with the sign, please contact Bryan Samsury at bsamsury@hello-dmc.com or call him at (254) 366-9895.
-You only need to contact Hello! Florida should you change to a different flight or airline or if you cannot locate your greeter in baggage claim.
-All actual arrival flight times are monitored so if your flight arrives early or late, your transportation will still be available and waiting.
